Per the discretion of the commanding officer of the IPF and in accordance with the regulations set forth in the official service awards protocols doctrine, I am hereby conferring the IPF Commander's Recognition Ribbon Second Class on Sergeant General Alek in recognition for his recent glorious efforts as a skillful recruiter for the movement.

SGT Alek has undertaken to personally act as a representative and emissary of the incel revolution and has relied upon his great wealth of experience as a former recruitment agent to bring many brothers to our cause. Our movement has expanded rapidly this last week due almost exclusively to the efforts of SGT Alek and we hereby recognize and commend him for his loyalty, discretion and skill.
