How do you guys survive your life?

For a while now i"ve been depressed.I thought today to ask you fellow brothers how do you survive your lives?In order to keep the rope away how do you cope or live?Cause honestly without the affection and love of a foid i"ve gotten used to that.There are times where i wished i would have been born a normie so i could have had it all But luck was never on my side.What's the secret to a functional life?How can we as incels try to live happy lives without our needs being met?

Copemaxxing can be difficult

There was a time when I was a christ cuck and would attend church so much becoming a very important part of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints who are also known as Mormons. I became the Young Single Adult leader for my ward and held noteworthy accolades such as the Aaronic priesthood and was responsible for duties such as blessing the sacraments and I was particularly close with the Bishop of my ward along with other key individuals. However I soon grew distant from the church and no longer speak to them.

I eat fast food whenever I can and eat out at taverns, bars and other casual dining joints being that lonely guy that always sits by himself in the same seat and quite often orders the same thing and who wears almost the same clothes each time he comes in.

I go for long walks whenever possible on my days out of the house.

I watch movies and listen to music on YouTube and I watch other YouTube videos.

I bird watch.

sometimes I go into cemeteries

other times I go into parks
