Greetings once again comrade. I apologize for your having to wait as long as you had for an answer to this perfectly legitimate question; one of my staff should have already provided you with a satisfactory response, though perhaps they did not see this thread. I will post the link to our official rank regulations which explain the criteria for advancement both for each echelon of this movement as well as for individual ranks within the various substrata of organizations.

All new members start off as IBM Brothers and are considered eligible for advancement to the ILM on the basis of having established themselves as upstanding members of our community by way of their contributions to the ongoing discourse. This is a quantitative as well as a qualitative assessment so that merely post maxxing low quality, low iq content will not suffice. We generally give consideration to anyone who has surpassed the 100 post threshold as that is typically the minimum bar for admittance to the ILM. All eligible candidates are likewise discussed in our weekly staff briefings and we then take a vote based on the recommendations of the group.
